The Chemical Division of Niro Inc. now provides a full range of customized batch fluid bed systems for solids processing. Systems are available in various sizes, from laboratory and pilot-scale to large production units. The systems are based on technology developed by Niro's Aeromatic Fielder subsidiary.

Processes include bottom spray coating, top spray coating, layering, spray granulation, instantizing, cooling, and drying.

Niro's exclusive Building Block system tailors the design to the customer's individual needs using proven standard components that simplify designs while still maintaining a high level of flexibility. Niro's Multi-Processor design allows maximum flexibility by exchanging process modules so that a single processor system can fulfill multiple purposes, such as drying, coating, and granulation.

Niro Inc. is an international company specializing in the manufacture of equipment for the production of materials in powder, granulate, agglomerate, or tablet form. Niro products include spray dryers and coolers, flash dryers, continuos and fluid bed processors, and rotary presses.
