The TIP ZERO System is an automatic Bin Filling and Unloading System that features dustless containment without a split valve system. Ideal for all powder transfers that require a high degree of safety/containment with fully automatic operation.

The system pictured to the right is both the filling and discharge system combined (for easy viewing), however, the top and bottom TIP ZERO Stations would be located in your facility at the applicable areas.

The technology of the system is based in the unique patented telescopic filling head, which docks to a standard Co.Ra butterfly valve with 100% air tightness. Additionally the system can automatically remove a safety cover on the valve if containment is required.

The system works for both filling of the bin or emptying of the bin.

Either Loss-in-Weight or Gain-in-Weight filling or discharging can be easily optioned into the system.
