The CO.RA/Servolift Double-V dosing valve system is a revolutionary product that replaces all other feeding technologies on the market today. The system can be set up for either Loss-in-Weight or Gain-in-Weight feeding, and can handle both powders and granules. The unit can dose directly out of a product container or hopper, and eliminates traditional feeder flaws such as residual product waste and product re-working (degradation and segregation).

The Double V valve, paired with our controls can obtain a repeatable accuracy to +/- 10 grams.
Step one:
Enter the desired weight into the controller (we offer all bands of controllers. We show a Mettler Toledo unit in this example. We can customize the controls for any application and level of interface with your processing requirements.
Step two:
The butterfly flap opens and the powder freely, and quickly flows.
Step three:
As the final weight level approaches the flap regulates its opening to slow down the powder flow, until it finally closes.
Step four:
The rotary valve starts and completes the process. The unit can move pocket by pocket for volumetric feeding to +/- 10 grams @ 0.5 Kg/Liter (bulk density).
