The HSL-200 is a high speed continuous motion in-line container leak tester. The one or two testing head machine can reach outputs of even 9000 cph making it one of the fastest single station leak testing machines on the market already used world wide. It can take various sizes with minimal tooling and fast change overs. It incorporates an Auto-Learn system which allows the parameters to be adjusted according to the container being tested. This machine is a very economical alternative to expensive rotary systems with the same output and leak detection capability. The foot print space is only 1m x 0.7m making it very compact and easy to fit in existing lines either after blow moulding or prior to the filling lines.
