A totally automated solution for cleaning tanks, reactors and vessels is the latest addition to our extensive line of tank wash products. The Retractable Tank Washer (RTW):
- Eliminates time-consuming, dangerous manual cleaning
- Reduces consumption of costly chemicals and water
- Cleans tanks thoroughly and consistently
- Eliminates the need for workers to manually insert and remove the tank washer from the tank/reactor. A pneumatic mechanism lowers and raises the tank washer at the beginning and end of cleaning cycles
The RTW is controlled by an easy-to-use control panel that allows setting of multiple stopping points between full insertion and retraction. This allows the nozzles to be positioned in locations where more cleaning impact is required or to clean around obstructions. The control box can be located away from the tank for safety and convenience.
