Wheaton, IL - TCX Vessel Cleaning Nozzle automates cleaning of vessels, eliminating the need for manual labor while ensuring consistent thorough cleaning.

The TCX Vessel Cleaning nozzle is compact and can fit into a tank opening of 5 11/16" (144.5 mm). A choice of three nozzle orifices are available to match performance to vessel size. The TCX nozzle has a turbine gear design which enables automatic indexed spray patterns for superior cleaning efficiency. The nozzle rotates 360°in a crisscrossing pattern that thoroughly cleans tanks of even difficult-to-remove residues.

This mechanically polished stainless steel TCX nozzle is suited for the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry, CIP Spray Dry, CIP Fluid Bed, De-roughing/Passivating Purified Water Tanks, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Industry.
