Patheon Inc. announced recently that it has signed an agreement with Sodexo, Inc for employee restaurants and catering services at six of its plants including Cincinnati Ohio, Manati and Caguas in Puerto Rico, Mississauga and Whitby in Canada and Swindon in the United Kingdom.

Under the agreement, Sodexo will provide and run the employee restaurants and food and beverage vending services. They will also design and build out VIP dining areas at each site for hosting customers and important visitors.
