For mercury vapor analysis, the industry proven hand-held Jerome® 431-X utilizes a patented gold sensor technology to detect vapor concentrations from as low as 0.003 mg/m3 to as high as 0.999 mg/m3 in just 13 seconds. The newer Jerome® J405 is outfitted with a lighter, more ergonomically designed case and an improved gold-film sensor. The Jerome® 471 ultra-low mercury vapor analyzer utilizes the industry-proven UVAA spectroscopy method, measuring mercury vapor concentration down to .030 µg/m3 (30 ng).
