The Air Chamber is a patented gravity feeding system with disposable liner to transfer powders, granules, tablets, or capsules from an existing bin docking station to a processing or packaging machine in dust-tight conditions.
The system guarantees a slow product descent through the pipe avoiding powder de-mixing or tablets/capsules damage. The disposable polyethylene liner allows to save time and costs in cleaning operations and the separation of the areas solve contamination problems in conjunction with the TwinValve high containment valve.
