CD150/CD180: Automatic Tube Filling

This automatic tube filler from IMA is for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and foodstuff products. The CD150 fills up to 150 tubes/minute, while the CD180 fills up to 180 tubes/minute for aluminium, laminate, polythene and polyfoil tubes, depending on product viscosity and filling volume. Electrical controls by PLC. Colour touch screen operator interface.

CD180: adopting servo motor technology Closing unit for aluminium tubes performing both normal, double and saddle fold – fold finishing smooth or knurled. Hot jaws or hot air sealing unit for polythene or laminate and polyfoil tubes. Seal finishing smooth or knurled.
