This allows operators to collect and store information to provide a valuable central record of all validation and production data. Lock's Data Management software systems makes networking cost-effective and convenient since the hardware is built-in to all Lock metal detectors as standard.
Total QA management throughout your manufacturing process, Lock's DATACHEK is a software package and network protocol which enables a PC to be used to control, monitor and collect data from up to 40 Lock metal detectors and checkweighers.
Datachek allows system operators to change product set-ups, control various statistical parameters and collect data from each Lock system to provide a detailed central record of all validation and production data.
Performance measurement in real time enables up-to-date record keeping, providing an essential tool for QA and management personnel to deliver compliance with HACCP requirements. < /p>
