Filamatic To Demonstrate Integrated DFS Inline Filling Machine At Pack Expo 2011

Filamatic, a division of National Instrument, LLC will be exhibiting at the Pack Expo Show, September 26th-September 28th, 2011 located at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV. The company will be showcasing a variety of the liquid packaging machines, both automatic and semi-automatic, in booth 5282 and have key people available in engineering, sales, and upper management for support.
Filamatic's booth will feature the DFS Inline Filling Machine, which is an integrated, non-explosion-resistant, multi-function packaging system. This Inline Filling Machine is designed to operate at a rate of 20 machine cycles/minute with fill volumes from 125ml to 500ml, and includes all necessary change parts to accommodate a total of 4 pre-capped container sizes/styles. The DFS Inline Filler's capabilities include removing the screw thread caps, multi-step filling the containers utilizing peristaltic pump technology, reapplying the cap onto the container, and cap tightening.
The semi-automatic AdaptaFil Benchtop will also be on display with a rotary pump. The AdaptaFil Benchtop's technology features four easy-changeover metering system, electronic networking capabilities and sophisticated, user-friendly controls all in a small and sleek stainless steel package.
