Headspace analysis of parenteral containers enables insight into many sterile processes as well as into the quality of finished product. The wide variety of applications includes container closure studies, headspace oxygen stability studies, vacuum leak detection of freeze dried vials, freeze drying cycle optimization, and nitrogen purging efficiency studies. Customers can take advantage of Laboratory Measurement Services by sending finished product samples for analysis to LIGHTHOUSE laboratory facilities in Charlottesville, Virginia or Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Samples are analyzed and the results are summarized and interpreted by LIGHTHOUSE Application Scientists. These results can be used as part of a feasibility study, troubleshooting activity, or planned experiment.
