MG America – At INTERPHEX New York 2010, Claudio Radossi from MG America Inc. introduces two new machines. The Hasta unit by MG2 assembles a plunger rod onto a pre-filled syringe and also applies a label to that syringe. Hasta can operate at either 200 or 400 syringes per minute. The LABBY R&D capsule filler is a small unit for filling capsules with different products such as powders, pellets, tablets, and liquids. LABBY operates at 3500 capsules per hour and is also used for the micro dosing of powders.
