The first US outing for Malvern's new particle size analyzerM

Booth Number #1003

At this year's AAPS Annual Meeting & Exposition (24-27 October 2011; Washington DC, US), experts from Malvern Instruments will be showcasing the new Mastersizer 3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer, both on the Malvern booth at the exposition and in a series of live demonstrations. This will be the Mastersizer 3000's first appearance at a US trade show.

Specified to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry the Mastersizer 3000 provides a single platform for robust, reliable particle size analysis across the drug development cycle. It delivers high performance across the widest particle size range, from 10 nm to 3500 microns with faster-than-ever measurement times.

TheMastersizer 3000's Aero S accessory brings the advantages of dry powder dispersion to a wider range of pharmaceutical samples, The modular disperser design means that even challenging fragile pharmaceutical materials such ascertain active ingredients and excipients can be reliably dispersed without significant particle breakage.

As well as exploring the Mastersizer 3000 on the stand, there will be live demonstrations that will showcase key features of the instrument for pharmaceutical customers. Stop by the booth (#1003) to find out more. www.malvern.com/MS3000
