PTI - At INTERPHEX New York 2010, Jesse Sklar from PTI Packaging Technologies and Inspection introduces the latest model of the VeriPac technology – the VeriPac 455. The VeriPac 455 tests empty or prefilled syringes, viles, ampules, or cartridges for leaks down to al 1-2 micron range. The VeriPac 544 technology is non-destructive, non-invasive, and there is no sample preparation. The VeriPac 544 is able to repeat tests on containers for stability and is an ASTM approved test method as well as an FDA recognized consensus standard. Validation is easy and more reliable with quantifiable data. The VeriPac 544 is easy to use with either a pass/fail output or statistical analysis and deviation.
