Rotary Vial Washers: RW Series

PennTech manufactures compact rotary washers for processing glass or plastic containers and are designed for installation into aseptic environments for low to high output. The RW series is controlled and monitored by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
The unique design of the vial holder results in the smallest footprint possible. There are no moving parts within the washing chamber resulting in highly effective particulate removal. All piping, instrumentation and electrical enclosure is mounted with the footprint of the machine.
Due to the unique design of the vial holders and dedicated spray manifolds the RW series use less WFI than competitive vial washers. In additional, optional WFI recirculation and intermittent spraying further reduces WFI consumption.
