Security Screening — Eliminate The Risk Posed By Foreign Material Contamination
A common problem encountered during the manufacturing process of bulk chemicals, food stuff and food ingredients is the risk posed by non-metallic foreign material. This material can not be isolated with metal detector and magnetic traps. As a result, foreign material can be inadvertently introduced to the final product. Conventional vibratory separators (i.e. screening decks) take up considerable space, can be mechanically challenging and expensive to integrate with existing processes, especially closed contained systems.
