One (1) used Niro Aeromatic 75-300 kg Fluid Bed Granulator, Model S6, S/N 909074. This is a stainless steel fluid bed granulator which features two bar construction, new 1993. Features top spray granulation bowl and a Wurster (bottom spray); pneumatic control panel (operator station) with electric product temperature gauge, filter leak gauge, airflow gauge. The unit features portable rack with screens, stainless steel post type bowl lift and inverter (Model KVH-6), inlet air handling plenum with pre-filter, blower, steam heat, HEPA, face bypass, etc; the system includes an 40HP exhaust blower, quick acting isolation valve(s); split filter housing for continuous fluidization (filter bag style). It has been expertly removed from service and is skidded and prepared for shipment. Qty (2) Niro granulation and drying bowls measure 51" at the top tapered to 39" at the screen w/ 38" height from bowl screen to top rim. Niro is a 2 bar design and top vented. The main process tower measures 52" diameter and 20 ft high, serial# 909074.
