Vivapure AdenoPACK adenovirus purification kits offer researchers who need to recover up to 3x10¹³ viral particles for in vitro transfection a fast, safe, and easy to use solution.

The kits include all reagents and devices necessary for clarification, purification and concentration of adenovirus type 5 from HEK293 cell cultures in only two hours. These straight forward kits replace time consuming and labor intensive 48 hour CsCl density gradients.

Three different kit sizes to meet every need. Purification and concentration of adenovirus type 5 from 20ml to 500ml cell culture, leading to 1x10¹¹ — 3x10¹³ purified viral particles.

Available formats:

• Purifies up to 1x10¹² viral particles from 20ml cell culture
• Kit allows rapid, simple and affordable spin column purification of 6 different samples in parallel.
• For the first time adenovirus can be efficiently purified from less that 100ml cell culture volume.

• Fast purification of up to 1x10¹³ viral particles.
• Kit contains two AdenoPACK 100 units, used in tandem for 200ml cell culture or individually for 60ml volume.
• Purification done manually with syringe optimally attached to a retort stand. Protocols for use with peristaltic or infusion pump also available.

• Pump driven kit for larger volumes offer optimal flow control and minimal hands on time.
• Purifies up to 3x10¹³ adenovirus particles from 500ml cell culture in only two hours!
