Stevens Industries "Wash and Clean" is the first industrially rated ultrasonic bath made specifically for the pharmaceutical industry for cleaning punches and dies. This unit is designed for continuous 24 hour service. The controls and components are remote to the processing zone, making service and maintenance a snap. A single basket is supplied to hold both D and B tooling as well as dies. The industrially rated generator cleans in half the time typically experienced with bench top ultrasonic baths. Individual controls for heat, intensity of the ultrasonic, and cycle time are all included as a standard on the "Wash and Clean."
The WBE Series Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaners offers big performance in a small package. The WBE delivers intense ultrasonic cleaning action and is used for a wide variety of industrial parts cleaning applications. The optional stainless steel cart houses the ultrasonic controllers and allows for easy mobility to all areas of the work place. The WBE's are compact, cost effective cleaners capable of handling the toughest precision cleaning challenges.
