A Plug-in Transfer Cart To Fit Production Needs

If you have a facility with unclassified hallways and you need to transfer product or vials or anything from a classified area to a filling area, passing through an unclassified area, the transfer cart (Lyo Cart) will help you solve that problem. Custom Powder Systems and Integrated Containment Systems offers a transfer cart that allows these clean, sterile glass vials to be transferred safely in a contained transfer cart. The carts have HEPA filters in them. They're plug-in carts. The battery is always charging. When you unplug them, the batter runs for two hours, which is more than enough time to roll it down the hallway.

The cart includes pressure control that confirms that it's maintained the sterile, HEPA-provided environment throughout the transfer of product. If you have an older facility that has unclassified areas that are creating compromise for your product, then we can send the demo cart out for you to try and see if it suits your facility.
