The Filamatic® Accumulator is an electrically operated rotary container placed at the end of a filling line to feed round, square and rectangular containers into a holding area after filling and capping is complete. The Accumulator’s buffer ensures that each container is upright and prevents spilling. The Accumulator removes the need for constant supervision of containers after filling and allows service operators time to focus attention to other parts of the filling process.
The Accumulator features an independent speed control and is compatible with most standard speed conveyors. The stainless steel body is available in 24”, 30” and 36”, which can be matched to your existing filling line and containers. Optional features include an extending tray which will guide containers into an area beyond the holding tray, allowing additional time for filling line operators.
The Filamatic® Accumulator can be easily integrated with any of Filamatic’s automatic liquid filling machines and other auxiliary equipment to provide you with a complete packaging line from a single source.
