The BFS bottelpack system offers sterile and pyrogen-free production of large volume single containers as well as small volume single, unit- and multiblock containers of extruded PR, PP, and PET, in cooled blow molds with direct, sterile filling and hermetic sealing of the containers. The modular design of the system features a Class 100 cleanroom with dark/white machine separation. Capacities range up to 30,000 containers/hr, depending on machine model, product, and container design and in container sizes of 0.1 mL to over 1,00 mL. Machines are fully automated using time-pressure-dosing and CIP/SIP.
