From separation to ???lling, the liquid capsule filler was designed to optimize work???ow by storing ratio-speci???c formulas and tracking machine history, all with an output speed of over 2,500 capsules per hour with precise dosage dispense control (16 capsule dispense; 1ul micro dispense capable). Devised to increase efficiency and accuracy, the RoboLQ drives both fixed and variable dispense modes and interchangeable parts to accommodate capsule sizes 5-00. The RoboLQ Lab is an all-in-one system for formulating and customizing R&D capsule products. From separation to filling, it carefully and accurately doses 8 capsules with each dispense, maximizing the amount of capsules filled per hour to 2,500.

The RoboLQ Blend sports a peristaltic pump which channels liquid through an infinity reservoir, effectively achieving a homogeneous fill material. Its unique technology accomplishes homogeneity by a constant and uniform flow, even between filling cycles, and is the perfect solution for producers who compound multiple active and inactive ingredients within a capsule.

The RoboLQ Thermal applies gentle and even thermal convection technology to heat ultra-thick fill materials, reducing the obstruction issues normally encountered by traditional liquid filling systems. For producers who choose to keep product free of carrier liquids, Thermal is the ideal choice to guarantee a flowable product.

All models ensure each capsule receives an ultra-precise dosage, ranging from 1?? through 1000?? and drives unique formulation software to help determine proper amounts of active and inactive fill materials, factoring in capsule size, desired dosage and active fill material purity. The built-in algorithmic validation mechanism, exclusive to the RoboLQ series, helps to eliminate overfilling by performing a validation check prior to executing a run.
