The KIV coding and verification system is designed to meet the current and upcoming demands of downstream traceability of vials. The KIV with its compact footprint is an in-line solution designed to be integrated into an existing line immediately following the Capping station.

The KIV can print a user defined code on the top of a vial’s cap, on the side of the cap, or both using either ink or laser printing systems. The code is immediately verified by the vision system to ensure it is correct and readable.

Traceability: Vials can be traced by scanning the code placed on them during the manufacturing process.

Options: The KIV can be supplied in several configurations.
