CSafe Announces Production Facility Expansion

In addition to the growing need for the CSafe RKN, CSafe Global has experienced a significant increase in the demand for their AcuTemp® brand passive packaging, including its industry leading REPAQ program and courier solutions. As a result of this, CSafe has expanded its production facilities with the creation of 30 new jobs in a 38,000 square foot facility several miles from its corporate headquarters. The additional space and equipment will significantly enhance CSafe’s production capacity.

CEO Brian Kohr explains: “The expansion of our production capabilities has taken a year from the initial planning meeting through to its completion and it is one of many new investments that we are making this year to enable us to continue to grow the business and better serve existing and new customers. As an example, the demand for the CSafe RKN continues to grow and we’ve responded in the last 12 months with a 45% increase in the size of our RKN fleet. ”

This second production facility will also be ISO certified and represents a high six-figure investment for the company, which also recently announced the opening a new service center in San Francisco and in May, received FAA approval for the use of the CSafe RKN on aircraft upper decks.
