Fluorodyne® II DFL Membrane In Mini Kleenpak™ Capsules

This validated 0.2 μm rated sterilizing grade filter retains Brevundimonas diminuta (ATCC 19146 at 10⁷ cfu/cm² EFA, LRV > 11) and demonstrates very low extractables and adsorption. It is recommended for sterilizing filtration of pharmaceutical solutions including active ingredients, biologicals and biotech proteins, ophthalmics and other dilute preservative solutions.

The Mini Kleenpak™ KA02 capsules are compact filters used in the laboratory for volumes of 2 L to 50 L in process development, and in pilot and manufacturing scale operations if processing requirements do not demand a large filter. These filters are the smallest capsule filters in the UpScale^SM Program range to utilize a pleated membrane, and are excellent for modelling filter performance at large production scale.
