High-Throughput Rheometer: HTR
Source: Anton Paar USAHTR is the first fully automated rheometer available. Rheological measurements are carried out by MCR rheometers in the high quality the instruments are known for, while a robot handles all additional tasks pertaining to the measurement: sample loading, sample trimming and the cleaning of the upper and lower measuring system while the next measurement is already in progress.
HTR is the first fully automated rheometer available. Rheological measurements are carried out by MCR rheometers in the high quality the instruments are known for, while a robot handles all additional tasks pertaining to the measurement: sample loading, sample trimming and the cleaning of the upper and lower measuring system while the next measurement is already in progress. The complete automation of the entire measuring procedure, from sample loading right through to data evaluation, for the very first time allows fully realized high-throughput rheometry.
The benefits of Anton Paar’s rheometers are:
- Toolmaster™ - automatic recognition and configuration of measuring systems for error-free setup
- TruGap™ technology – for continuous control of the measuring gap to ensure correct measurement conditions
- Drift stability and low torque capabilities due to unmatched air bearing technology
- Modular temperature control system from -150 °C to 1000 °C with high thermal stability
- Automatic temperature calibration sensor
- A wide range of accessories for applications ranging from ointments to sprays and bone cements
- Wide range of parallel-plate, cone-plate and concentric-cylinder
- Rotational and oscillatory test modes
- Software package with predefined test modes
- Fully automated rheological measurements and analysis
