ASI’s Aseptic Single-Use Filling System, a semi-automatic aseptic filling system, designed to keep processes clean, streamlined and easy. The fixture is designed to remove and reapply ASI's cap and is compatible with your choice of fluid metering system. For an aseptic fill, this same fixture can be autoclaved and will easily fit within a laminar flow hood.

ASI's Filling System will help you reduce your clean room filling space requirements. All that is needed is a laminar flow hood and the fixture itself. It is limited by the fill fitment size and pump fill speed regarding practical bag sizes available for filling via this system. Although a 50 liter bag can be supplied for filling, the customer may feel it impractical for time / fill times. With the ASI promoted pump system, the fill speeds are capable of about 5 liters per minute, making ASI’s Filling System capable and adequate for a 20 liter bag (4 minute fill).

This total system provides a custom approach to your liquid filling needs. the system efficiently fills up to 5 liters of fluid quickly and cleanly. Add to this dispensing features and you have an extremely cost competitive and clean product.
