The Chrispro©100 IR is a mobile micronizing plant ideal for research and small lot production.
The all-in-one system is out-of-the-box ready for your trials or small production lots. The HEPA filter system allows the processing in an open environment.
Very easy to clean, to assemble and to use.
The system features zero cross-contamination processing with nearly 100% of the product recovered after the micronization and without increase of temperature during the process.
The unit is shipped complete consisting of:
- Jet-mill in 316 L stainless. Patented Design with
- Interchangeable ring with various angles of nozzles.
- Different linings are available.
- Double screw feeder with electronic speed control.
- Dust-separator with back-cleaning system and HEPA outlet filter.
