Jubilant Signs A Multi Million Dollar Contract To Manufacture An OTC Women Health Product

Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd, an integrated Pharma and Life Sciences Company and the largest Custom Research & Manufacturing player out of India announced recently that its subsidiary, Jubilant HollisterStier, a leading contract manufacturer in North America has entered into a multi year contract with a leading US pharma company to manufacture a prominent over the counter (OTC) women health and personal care product at its Montreal facility in North America. This is a 'take or pay' contract with a minimum quantity commitment and has a total value of over US $ 70M for a period of over 4 years with a possibility of extension for another 2 years for a higher quantity. The production of the product under this agreement started at Jubilant HollisterStier manufacturing facility in Montreal, Canada, earlier this month.
