KTS 1000 Tablet Press

The KTS 1000 is a force feed die filling tablet press particularly suitable for non pharmaceutical applications: chemical (fertilizer, pesticides, naphthalene, dishwasher tabs, detergent tabs, catalysts, colour, salt tablets), food (sugar, sweetener, dextrose, fructose, food tablets), sintered metals, ceramic, electric (hard metal, duroplastics, airbag, coal products, battery filling), cosmetic (bath salts, denture cleaners).

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Modular construction.
• Easy assembling and maintenance.
• Possibility to fit each press station with one, two or three, compression stations that can generate a compaction force up to 120 kN. The process is therefore flexible and easily adaptable to the tablets that have to be produced.
• Possibility to produce double layer tablets: the machine is fitted with two fillshoes in special lenght with three rotary distributors.
• Possibility to produce triple layer tablets: the press is fitted with three compression stations (the first two with only main compression) and three force feed fillshoes in normal length with two rotary distributors.
