JHP Pharmaceuticals is proud of a 25 year heritage providing sterile contract manufacturing services including lyophilization services for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Located in Rochester Michigan, JHP’s sterile manufacturing facility sits on over 80 acres and includes a 171,000 sq. ft. production building and 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse. JHP’s site has separate facilities for chemistry, sterility testing and microbiological testing, providing customers with a variety of support services.

  • Two independent filling suites:
    • Dedicated ingress and egress, and gowning
    • Separate HVAC systems
  • Cogeneration system on site assures constant power supply to facility
  • Three high speed filling lines
  • Clinical filling Line

 

Freeze-dryers up to 450 sq. ft.
Lyophilization/freeze-drying capabilities range from clinical trial materials through large-scale commercial batches. JHP recently invested in a new freeze-dryer which became operational in 2011. Click Here To Download:
