Nilfisk Releases VHS110 CR Wet/Dry Vacuum For Cleanroom Environments

Nilfisk introduces the VHS110 CR cleanroom industrial vacuum cleaner, designed specifically for cleanroom environments up to and including Class 10 (ISO 4). Complete with three stages of filtration, the VHS110 CR safely collects fine dust for operator safety while meeting FDA requirements. A PullClean filter cleaning system comes standard with the vacuum and allows proper filter shaking with no downtime, to ensure optimal cleanroom sanitation. The VHS110 CR can collect more than 9 gallons of waste in an easy to remove collection container, operating in separate wet and dry modes.

GMP designed with AISI304 stainless steel, the VHS110 CR is easy to clean and sanitize, reducing the risk of cross-contamination in cleanroom environments. Compact dimensions allow users to effectively maneuver the machine along the production line.

Monitor the machine’s performance for clogged filters and/or diminished performance with an easy-to-use vacuum meter located on the front of the machine. A complete line of specialized cleanroom accessories are also available.
