The Harro Höfliger machine series PMK can be used for the production of TTS/TDS patches. The processes are determined by product material and product properties.
The medium- and high-speed production machine combines a variety of high-tech components. The basis for the production process is formed by the technology selection adapted to the product such as die-cutting, sealing, printing and laminating, as well as variable web tension and the appropriate system selection for quality assurance and cost accounting.
Depending on the product size, the PMK can be used for web widths from 150 mm to 700 mm
The PMK machine concept with Open System Integration Platform offers good prerequisites for a flexible and optimized production of TTS/TDS.
Standardized work steps ensure a fast and smooth machine configuration. It is possible to manufacture several product variations, also by exchanging individual modules.
Core processes such as, for example, sealing, cutting and die-cutting are combined with technology modules which are flexibly adapted to the different product options.
