Pharmaceutical Air Cleaning System
Air cleaning systems are commonly found in beverage filling applications as well as some food and pharmaceutical operations to ensure saftey. These systems can take on a wide variety of features in order to fulfill the unique customer requirements.
Filamatic® offers two types of systems: (1) Ionized Air Rinsers, & (2) Twist Rinsers. The goal is the same for both, to remove the cardboard dust and dirt that could have settled during shipment from the container suppliers. For the Ionized Air Rinser a combination nozzle delivers short bursts of ionized air into the container, and while the contaminants are suspended in mid air, the contaminants are simultaneously vacuumed out by this nozzle. Twist Rinsers invert containers over an ionized air/vacuum station to remove dust and debris prior to the filling staion.
