The MicroDyne® microdosing unit was developed to meet the needs of R & D and scale up in one simple unit:

• processing extremely small quantities
• processing imitates life production conditions

MicroDyne® is a module used in Alexanderwerk R & D machine (BT 120 Pharma) and production machines WP 120 Pharma. The MicroDyne® module replaces the normal dosing module, apart from this, the compactor remains unchanged. This means that production parameters generated by MicroDyne® at laboratory scale in the early st ages of development can be transferred to the production machine. MicroDyne® can be used to process extremely small quantities (20 – 80 ml), which is not possible using conventional screw conveyors.
