The system will verify glove, sleeve and seal integrity using pressure decay with the innovation of pre-conditioning the glove with pressure pulses. This pulsing ensures consistent glove equilibrium and results in detection of holes down to 50 µm in size, well below the detection limit of visual inspections. Automatic glove identification is an added assurance that all gloves are tested and that any that need changing are readily singled out.

SterileVAC
The Bosch SterileVAC is a sterile vacuum cleaning system that is designed for debris removal without breaking chamber sterility. The SafeVAC is attached directly to the chamber bottom using a standard RTP connection. The vacuum cleaner collects excess material in an autoclaved container. This container is attached to the vacuum using an autoclaved pneumatic control valve. Sterility is maintained using an automatic transition and cleaning sequence. All SafeVAP controls are integrated with the system controls for seamless function.
