Isolation Systems, Inc. has developed the modular light weight HWCR series clean room system for ease of specification and installation. This innovative pre-engineered and pre-fabricated cleanroom system allows our customers to specify purchase and install a completely operational and certifiable clean room in half the time and expense usually associated with cleanroom construction. Available in standard kit sizes, this system is also easily reconfigured to con-form to any custom requirement.
Wall Panels are manufactured of structural anodized aluminum or stainless steel support frame structure, in hollow wall configuration (for recirculating system) or solid foam core walls for single pass operation .Finished surfaces are available in a variety of non-shedding materials. Window glazing is available in poly carbonate, acrylic ,tempered or safety glass as well as anti static materials. All wall panels are non-progressive. Return or discharge grilles can be sup-plied in both stainless steel or anodized aluminum.
Ceiling Plenums and air supply can be provided by either modular Fan Filter Units (FFU system) or through sealed plenum system specifically designed for your enclosure (CVLF system). The ceiling suspension grid system can be of either anodized aluminum or stainless steel and can be provided for gasket or gel seal component configuration.
