Process Instrumentation Systems & Sensors
Source: Anton Paar USAUsing the latest technologies, Anton Paar GmbH is a renowned producer of a variety of high-quality, high performance instruments and a contract manufacturer of high-precision parts and system components. Anton Paar’s process instrumentation gained a great reputation for their quality, reliability and accuracy. They are used throughout the world in highly demanding applications and even in hazardous areas. The process instrumentation systems and sensors have optimal standard solutions configured for many applications, flexible and adaptable to suit individual requirements.
Automatic Process Polarimeter: Propol
The Propol process polarimeter is ideal for online concentration measurements of optically active substances. Its high accuracy is achieved by an optical setup which makes use of the Faraday effect. The Propol process polarimeter combines reliability of results with process stability: no moving parts make the instrument free of wear. Its sturdy design is ideal for harsh process environments: the control unit can be placed away from the measuring unit in the control area.
Online Liquid Density Sensors
The highly accurate density sensors can be used in a wide range of applications. They continuously monitor the product quality of liquids online during production. The temperature-compensated density or concentrations such as °Brix, % Alcohol, % H2SO4 and API index are calculated from the measured values.
Liquid Density Sensor For High Temperatures
Anton Paar's DRPn 427 HT is a density sensor for high temperatures and typically used for online measurement of chemicals, oils, ect.
Density Sensors L-Dens 4x7
The L-Dens 4x7 series of density sensors provides an accuracy of 1 x 10-4 g/cm³ in a compact design. Continuous measurement of density, concentration and API gravity optimizes production processes and ensures a consistently high quality of product.
Density Sensor For High Temperatures: DPRn 427 HT
The DPRn 427HT density sensor made of Hastelloy is ideal for sample temperatures up to 150 °C. The highly accurate sensor continuously monitors the product quality of liquids online during production.
