Process Manufacturing

Xytel designs our process manufacturing modular chemical plants with the capacity required for your application. Our small, laboratory-scale plants are ideal for catalyst evaluation and preliminary process manufacturing. Our bench-scale units, which product enough product for bulk property measurements, are better suited for more advanced catalyst and process manufacturing work.

Demonstration-scale process manufacturing units produce the product you need to provide samples to potential customers, as well as to confirm product development work. Our modular commercial plants have been used to produce up to 1,000 kg of product per hour.
