Impact of Serialization on Pharmaceutical Business Processes and Procedures
In this course, attendees will learn to develop a plan to produce serialization business process, from master data creation to receipt of finished goods off the packaging line. Participants will also learn the order-to-cash process from order receipt, to product shipment, to product returns in a serialized setting. Along the way, attendees will gain valuable insight into the business process changes required to support a serialized environment. As an attendee, interactive learning principles and knowledge checks will help you develop a keen understanding of:
- How serialization impacts the plan to produce and order-to-cash process, and how to implement rock-solid protocols to achieve maximum efficiencies while mitigating risk
- Organizing and identifying stakeholders that must be involved in order to make your serialization program successful
- Tips and tricks to developing an “As-Is” to “To-Be” serialized business process map
This overview course will give attendees a bedrock understanding of the major end to end processes most impacted by serialization, the typical process stakeholders involved and – most importantly – how to seamlessly implement serialization protocols into your business model.
This course will be of benefit to anyone involved in serialization or supply chain management on a global or domestic scale. Additionally, any stakeholder in the plan to produce or order to cash process who wishes to expand their scope of serialization both upstream and downstream will find this course extremely beneficial.
