The new aseptic system- and process design by rommelag® minimizes the generating of particles. Besides meeting current quality standards of authorities and pharmaceutical manufacturers, large operational capacity, product and process safety, as well as low production cost further speak for the BFS system.

Distinguished characteristics of the BFS system are sterile and pyrogen free production of large volume single containers as well as small volume single, unit- and multiblock containers of extruded PE, PP, and PET, in cooled blow molds with direct, sterile filling and hermetic sealing of the containers. This assures a high level of process and product safety. The almost limitless forming capabilities of flexible plastic containers with molded-on closures and container coding make optimum use- and application variables possible. Immense weight advantage, high crash resistance, particle free conditions, and neutrality to fill products, are additional great advantages.

The modular design BFS bottelpack® aseptic machines have their own clean room Class 100, with additional dark/white machine separation. Capacities range up to 30,000 containers/hr, depending on machine model, product, and container design and in container sizes of 0.1 mL to over 1,000 mL. The machines are fully automated using time-pressure-dosing and CIP/SIP .

The container or block separation with deflashing takes place in-line in an integrated punch. All pertinent system and process data and runs are visually monitored and recorded.
