The Hammer Mills are suitable to the most medium size reduction requirements, and can be used to grind various materials, such as: fibrous, tough, hard, crystalline, fragile, moist, fat and heat senstitive. Tecnologia hammer mills get the optimum performance due to a series of adjustments such as, the tip speed of hammers and the number and shape of the hammers.
The Dry Blenders have variable blending speeds and are fully automated by PLC/HMI drying systems with dust filter, condenser, receiver and vacuum pump skid mounted. The special ribbon shovel dryer belongs to the group of contact driers and it doesn't need of additional direct gas use for heating the product.
The vaporizing equipment is for the plasticization of wooden materials. The Tecnologia Meccanica VAPO LG gives you everything you need to make wooden materials being plastic before bending operations. The complete working equipment is made up of two stainless steel autoclaves with a 400 mm diameter, welded heads, hinged covers and hand wheel screw closures.
