Vacuum Mixer Homogenizers
Olsa vacuum mixer homogenizers are designed for full vacuum and internal pressure operation. The vessels are jacketed for heating or cooling. Agitation systems include counter-rotating anchor and blade, combined with top or bottom entering high speed, high shear homogenizing turbine agitators. Sidewall and bottom scraping devices improve product homogeneity and enhance heat transfer from the jacket. Special powder injection systems are available for the dispersion of difficult-to-disperse powders. The highly efficient agitation system is capable of processing products with a wide range of agitation requirements, from low to high viscosities. Computerized control, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems are available. Vacuum and heat transfer systems can be built into the monoblock for ease of installation and minimum floor space requirements.
