Manufactured with Swiss quality and precision, Kramer vertical dedusters allow dedusting and deburring of any size, or shape of tablet.

Vibration is created by a patented electromagnetic drive conveying the tablets gently upwards along the helix dislodging dust and burrs. Compressed air jets assist in keeping the dust airborne directing it towards the center column dust extraction system.

The new KD series are high performance tablet dedusters that incorporate the latest technology. Tablets are dedusted and conveyed in the most sensitive way with our unique acceleration control and helix technology.

All Kramer products are designed to meet minimum noise levels, and the highest levels of GMP standards. They can be easily disassembled for cleaning without tools. All product contact parts are fabricated from 316L stainless steel and are available in an etched or electro-polished finish.

Dedusters are available in stand-alone versions, or in combination with metal-checks and diverters. Kraemer integrates metal-checks from Ceia, Lock, Safeline and any other customer preferred supplier. Kramer offers numerous sizes of dedusters are available to handle varying tablet throughputs up to 6.3 million tablets and hour and conveying heights from 250 mm to 1.6 meters.

For potent compound applications Kramer has developed dust tight as well as WIP units that fully contain hazardous dusts and allow WIP for very low OEL levels. With many WIP units in operation around the world Kramer has gained a high degree of knowledge in handling potent compounds which is your guarantee of a successful project.
