ATL Pharmaceutical/Medical, located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, specializes in pharmaceutical labels, disposable medical devices , custom die-cut components, multi-panel booklet labels, and anti-counterfeiting security labels. Our Quality Management System is based on several standards: ISO 9000; QS-9000; ISO 13485; and 21 CFR 210, 211, and 820. For exports, we follow EN 46002. Everything we do (standard labels, medical devices, and complex pharmaceutical multiple page booklets) follow these regulations.

As an FDA registered medical device manufacturer and one of fourteen 3M Medical Preferred Converters, our services range from master roll distribution of medical foams and tapes to custom die cut components with tight tolerances. Our experienced engineering staff can assist you with the design and development of your product, streamline production to reduce cost (FMEA), as well as provide you with cost effective prototypes. Island placement for placebo patches, pouching, cold sealing, and custom packaging are also available.

ATL's pharmaceutical labels consist of single-ply and multi-panel booklet and extended content labels, ranging from 3 to 35 pages, providing you a practical option to fit comprehensive product information in a small amount of space. You can use booklet labels to provide your customers with critical product details such as drug facts, directions on usage, assembly instructions, drawings or diagrams, rebates or warranties, and even multiple languages. Various configurations of these labels are available with re-sealable closures and wrap-around constructions for both flat and curved surfaces.

Our Security Label Systems division can offer you the latest solutions in loss prevention and anti-counterfeiting security by providing complete supply chain authentication. We offer specialized overt and covert products that provide you with customized options to meet multiple levels of protection. Some of these features include holograms, 2D barcodes, invisible digital markers (the unique technology of IDGLOBAL), heat sensitive and infrared inks, and serialization. ATL's "mix and rotate" approach keeps the counterfeiters "off-guard and guessing".

ATL is led by the "hands-on" management of Donald J. Dobert, President and Chief Operating Officer. Don has 35 years of progressive experience developing, implementing, and administrating Total Quality Control, ISO-9000, ISO-13485, Statistical Process Control, and Vendor System Requirement programs. He has been involved in planning, organizing, extensive training, establishing policies, writing procedures, and management of complete business functions in a wide variety of manufacturing - including Ford, GM, Chrysler, Six-Sigma, UL, FDA-cGMP, ASME Section III Nuclear, 21CFR 210, 211, 820, QS-9000, and MIL-STD contracts.
