Atec has the most advanced Stopper Processing System (SPS) available (up to 300 liters), utilizing a rotating, detachable vessel for optimal washing, siliconizing, sterilizing, drying and cooling. Sterile transfer of stoppers into bags or by direct transfer via RTP to the filling line can be supplied. Atec also has a clean room lifting device (ALD) for the precise positioning of the process vessel to an isolator or RABS.

Aseptic Technologies

PRODUCTS:
Unique, ready to fill sterile closed vials (1ml to 50 ml) with the stopper secured in place. The vial body is made of COC, a clear, high purity copolymer, and the stopper is made of a proprietary TPE. Filling systems for these vials are available in lab, clinical and production capacity lines. The vial is filled by inserting a non-coring needle through the stopper, which is resealed by laser. Caps are applied on the same line.
