DSM Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has received approval to manufacture and import a sterile injectable product into the Japanese marketplace for a major pharmaceutical company. DSM Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is approved to ship products to most foreign markets but this marks the first approval in Japan.

"We are truly pleased to have played a critical part in the commercial manufacturing and launch of this product into Japan," says Terry Novak, Chief Marketing Officer, DSM Pharmaceutical Products. "We have the ability to provide contract manufacturing services to customers on a global basis and has proven to be an important capability to our customers in helping them meet their global business requirements."
